Storbor — Acceptable Use & Prohibited Items Policy

This Policy is part of the Terms of Service and applies to all members. Violations may result in cancelled bookings, removed listings, withheld payouts, account suspension, and reporting to authorities.

4. Reporting and a Custodian's right to refuse

If you believe an item or use violates this Policy, report it in-app ("Report a problem" on a booking) or email trust@storbor.com or safety@storbor.com. A Custodian may inspect what is being handed over and refuse to accept — or stop storing — any item that appears prohibited, undeclared, unsafe, or unlawful, and may report it to Storbor. We may inspect, remove, or refuse items and cooperate with law enforcement where appropriate, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

5. Consequences

Violations may lead to immediate cancellation, removal of content, loss of Protection Plan coverage, withheld or reversed payouts, account termination, liability for resulting damages, and referral to authorities.
